The App Store provides a mechanism to push updates and minor upgrades are included for free.  Major upgrades that do not change core functionality will generally be included at no cost.  Major upgrades that increase core functions may result in a new version of the app and there may be a cost for the user to load that version if they desire the new functions, but we will continue to support old versions whenever possible.
